Answer: It is necessary to change our clothes to become healthy and free from diseases.

If we do not change our clothes, it become dirty. Dirty clothes make us untidy and sick. Also, people dislike us if we wear dirty clothes.

c) Write any two benefits from physical exercise?

Answer: The two benefits from physical exercise are -
i) Physical exercise helps all parts of the body work properly.
ii) Physical exercise makes us healthy and strong.

d) Why do you need rest and sleep?

Answer: We need rest and sleep because it help to digest our food which we eat and it also keep our body free from tiredness.

e) What should be done when our hair becomes dirty?

Answer: We should wash our hair regularly with shampoo or soap and clean water to remove dead skin cells, excess oil and dirt when our hair becomes dirty.

f) What may happen if we do not trim our nails?

Answer: If we do not trim our nails, the underside of the nail may contain dirt or germs which causes diseases.

g) When does adolescence start?

Answer: Adolescence starts at the age of 10.

h) List two changes in boys and girls during adolescence.

Answer: The two changes in boys and girls during adolescence are - (Write any two)
i) Internal and external organs are developed.
